Training

NER training is designed as a progressive curriculum:

• Foundations – theory and history of NER, including narrative psychology and reflective practices.
• Applied Techniques – guided reflective dialogue, narrative reconstruction, symbolic work.
• Supervision – monitored practice with feedback from experienced NER trainers.
• Certification – recognition of competence as a Certified NER Practitioner.
